Return & Refund Policy

FitlyShop accepts returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Refunds are processed after inspection and sent to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Return shipping costs apply unless the item is defective.
